2023 Benefits for Current and New Employees

  • New Hires
  • Qualifying Life Event (QLE) Changes

 

  • Your Username = MMS + Employee ID (Ex: Employee ID is 12345 = Username is MMS12345)
  • Initial passwords are your Date of Birth (MMDDYYYY)
  • New Hires with a Date of Hire prior to Nov 1st will need to make both 2023 and 2024 elections
  • You MUST complete the entire process (get confirmation) or you will lose the elections made

2024 Benefits for ALL Employees

  • Click on “New User?”
  • Enter the Last 4 Digits of your SSN
  • Enter your Birth Date
  • The first time you log in, you will be required to create a username and password
  • Your elections are saved as you enroll, so you can come back later to finish.
  • If you don’t finish, your elections will be automatically completed for you.
