Your Login Credentials

Username

All users will have a pre-assigned username which will be:

  • – The first 6 letters of your last name
  • – First initial of your first name
  • – Last 4 # of your SSN

* If your name is less than 6 characters, it will be your full last name, first initial, and last 4 # of SSN *

Example: Joe Johnson, xxx-xx-1976 = johnsoj1976

Default Password

Your initial password will be your SSN without any spaces or dashes, which you must change once you log in.

Password Requirements:

  • – Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length.
  • – Passwords may not contain the following special characters: & ? # = + \ /
  • – Passwords may not contain spaces.
  • – Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • – Cannot use the following items in password
    •  – – Username
    •  – – First Name/Last Name
    •  – – No more than 3 repeated characters
    •  – – The word “Password”
