GSA National, a leading provider of fringe benefit accounting and compliance services to government contractors, announces important executive leadership transitions.

After 13 years of dedicated service, Matt Corzine, President of GSA National, has resigned from his position, effective August 30th. This decision follows deep personal reflection on his career path and future aspirations.

Matt Corzine has been with GSA National since 2011, initially serving as Vice President of Operations before being promoted to President in 2019. Under his leadership, GSA National has achieved remarkable growth, strengthened its financial performance, and earned the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification for three consecutive years.

“At this moment in my career and life, I am ready to pursue new fields for business and social impact initiatives, create more space for extended travel and charitable endeavors, and transition to activities that align with my emerging strengths,” said Corzine. “I am deeply grateful for the experiences and opportunities I have had at GSA National, which have been instrumental in shaping both my professional journey and personal growth. I am most proud of the exceptional team we have built together.”

Additionally, after a remarkable and impactful career, Tom Kelly, GSA National’s esteemed founder, has announced his retirement effective August 30th. Tom founded GSA National in 1991 and served as President until 2019 when he transitioned to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Over the past three decades, Tom’s visionary leadership and unwavering dedication have been instrumental to the company’s growth and success. His strategic insights and commitment to excellence have established GSA National as a trusted partner in the government contracting industry.

“Tom’s contributions to GSA National are immeasurable,” said Matt Corzine. “His legacy of innovation, integrity, and service will continue to inspire our organization moving forward. We are profoundly grateful for his leadership and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.”

Tom Kelly’s retirement marks the end of an era for GSA National, but his influence will undoubtedly endure as the company continues to build on the strong foundation he established.

To ensure a seamless transition and continued excellence in service, GSA National is pleased to announce the following executive promotions:

Matt Rose, currently Chief Financial Officer, will be promoted to President and CFO. Matt has been with GSA National since 2013, and his financial acumen and leadership skills have been vital to the company’s success.

Vanessa Quiñones, currently EVP of Client Development, will be promoted to Chief Growth Officer. Quiñones has been with GSA National since 2002, and her strategic vision and dedication to client success have been key drivers of the company’s growth and development.

Both Matt Rose and Vanessa Quiñones are committed to maintaining the high standards of service and partnership that clients and partners have come to expect from GSA National.

“I am confident that Matt and Vanessa’s leadership will continue to drive our mission forward,” added Corzine. “I am excited for the future of our organization under their capable leadership.” GSA National extends its gratitude to its clients and partners for their continued trust and partnership. The company looks forward to an exciting future and sustained growth under its new leadership.
