The Service Contract Act – A Practitioner’s Guide

GSA National and BDO USA, LLP are pleased to invite attendees to a full-day (6-hour) training program on compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA). This event highlights timely technical updates, best practices, and key takeaways on many important SCA topics.

The Service Contract Act – A Practitioner’s Guide will be led by Aaron Raddock, Partner & National Leader, Government Contracts at BDO. Aaron will review complex issues such as employee classifications, collective bargaining agreements under SCA Section 4(c), and contract price adjustments resulting from SCA impact on fixed-price contracts at options or anniversaries.

The course will also include discussions regarding other statutes and regulations related to federal contracting, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Federal Acquisition Regulation on contract labor requirements, the National Labor Relations Act, and other pertinent requirements.
